Free material testing

Bring the wood, acrylic, leather, steel, glass or tumbler you actually sell. We run it and tell you honestly whether the machine suits it.

The machine is commissioned, aligned and connected to your workflow, including xTool Studio and the material settings you will start from.

Operator training

Hands-on training on your own files and materials, not a manual handed over at delivery.

Where can I see an xTool machine running in Malaysia before buying?

Our Kuala Lumpur showroom runs live demonstrations on the models you are considering, using your own material where possible. Bring a sample — or send it to us — and we will cut or mark it and show you the result before you commit. We also demonstrate on customer sites around Malaysia.

Which xTool is best for a business rather than a hobby?

It depends on what you sell. Colour craft and tumblers: M2. Stainless steel, jewellery and serial numbers: F2 Ultra. Signage, gifts and production runs in wood or acrylic: P3, or P2S if the smaller bed fits. Metal fabrication: MetalFab. Tell us the product, the material and the volume and we will recommend one machine, not a shortlist.

Do the machines come with training, installation and after-sales support?

Yes — installation, hands-on operator training and local after-sales support are included with every machine, with spare parts and consumables held in Malaysia. The five steps above set out exactly what that covers.

Can an xTool machine cut metal?

A fibre laser marks metal rather than cutting it: F2 Ultra marks stainless steel, titanium, aluminium and coated metals, including colour marking. Cutting steel sheet or tube is MetalFab territory, where the fibre laser handles welding and cutting to 10 mm on carbon steel.

Can I engrave inside glass and crystal?

Yes — that is what the F2 Ultra UV is for. Its 355nm UV laser is a cold process, so it engraves inside clear glass, crystal and some plastics with no charring and no surface damage.
