The SHINING 3D EinScan Trak is the world’s first wireless, dual-form, marker-free tracking system for EinScan Trak Malaysia buyers, engineered to bring professional-grade 3D digitization to reverse engineering, cultural heritage preservation, automotive customization and large-object scanning. By combining an optical tracker with a detachable handheld scanner in a single system, the EinScan Trak delivers the measurement confidence of a tracking system and the portability of a handheld scanner — without the need for adhesive markers or surface features. For Malaysian manufacturers, design studios, educational institutions and heritage conservation teams, it provides a practical, high-efficiency route to accurate, true-color 3D data for objects ranging from automotive components to full-size vehicles and cultural artifacts.

One system, two work modes. The EinScan Trak is designed as a dual-form system: tracking mode pairs the spherical scanner with the wireless tracker for large-scale, high-accuracy capture, while handheld scanner mode lets you detach the scanner and work freely for compact objects. Both modes share a single device and one-click startup, with seamless switching and real-time adjustment during scanning. Cross-mode resolution merging means data captured in tracking mode and handheld mode can be combined in one project, giving you flexibility without sacrificing accuracy.

Wireless freedom, higher efficiency. Equipped with a Wi-Fi 6 module, the EinScan Trak connects to your computer through an independent LAN and pairs automatically at startup, eliminating cables from your scanning workflow. An ultra-large 15 m³ tracking volume gives you room to move around large objects, and battery-powered operation with up to 5.5 hours of runtime and hot-swappable batteries keeps scanning sessions uninterrupted. A dedicated router is included as standard with the system.

Marker-free, all-scenario scanning. The spherical scanner module carries built-in retroreflective markers, allowing the wireless tracker to monitor the scanner’s position in real time — so tracking mode works without placing any markers on the object itself. In handheld scanner mode, feature-rich surfaces are captured with smooth, marker-free laser scanning. The system handles black and reflective surfaces such as car rims effortlessly without data loss, and remains reliable indoors and outdoors under strong light of up to 110,000 lux.

Three scanning modes for diverse needs. Nineteen-plus-nineteen crossed laser lines acquire high-quality data from large objects quickly, delivering workflow efficiency and scanning flexibility. Seven parallel laser lines capture lines and sharp edges on automotive components with greater clarity, reaching a point distance of up to 0.05 mm. A single laser line reaches deeper to capture fine details with a 1:4 diameter-depth ratio, supporting applications such as vehicle reverse engineering. With a scan speed of up to 2,630,000 points/s, resolution from 0.05 to 10 mm, and volumetric accuracy up to 0.1 mm, the EinScan Trak covers everything from small parts around 5 cm to vehicle-sized objects within a 15 m³ tracking volume.

High-definition, true-color capture. A 5MP HD texture camera accurately captures object colors and material details, breaking the stereotype that laser tracking 3D scanning lacks color. This brings the efficiency of tracking systems to cultural heritage documentation, research and other color-critical fields.
