The common workflow

Every application follows the same digital pipeline: scan → compare or design → print or machine.

A handheld or wireless scanner captures the full surface as a dense mesh in minutes. Inspection software then overlays that mesh on the CAD model and colours every surface by deviation — green where it matches, red where material is missing, blue where it is over. Alternatively, the scan feeds reverse-engineering software to rebuild a manufacturable CAD model from scratch.

The output is identical regardless of industry: a colour deviation map, a repair plan, or an editable parametric model — ready for CNC machining, 3D printing or a documented acceptance report.
