The SHARE SLAM S20 is a next-generation handheld 3D LiDAR scanner that revolutionizes on-site mapping. Combining high-precision LiDAR, wide-angle imaging, and a built-in RTK module, it delivers real-time colorized point clouds with industry-leading accuracy. Boasting a color point cloud thickness of just 1 cm and relative accuracy within 1 cm, the S20 ensures ridiculously precise spatial data. Equipped with dual ultra-wide 16-megapixel fisheye lenses, visual SLAM integration, and a convenient quick-release grip battery (up to 2 hours of runtime), it’s designed for intuitive, efficient use. Powered by the SHARE Capture mobile app and SHARE Pointclouds Studio software, professionals can seamlessly scan, preview, process, and export in common formats like .las, .ply, and .pcd. Ideal for architects, surveyors, and construction teams, the S20 transforms real-world environments into vivid, actionable 3D models, all in just one handheld device.
Equipped with dual one-inch large-format CMOS sensors, featuring 2.4μm pixel size and 16 effective megapixels per lens. This configuration delivers enhanced photo clarity and more accurate and clear point cloud colorization.
The mechanical shutter enables global exposure without jelly effect. This ensures more accurate colorful point cloud colorization and makes the photos highly suitable for nap-of-the-object photogrammetry modeling.
Featuring microsecond-level system-wide hardware time synchronization, this results in highly accurate point cloud data. It ensures seamless integration of color and intensity point clouds.
Open hardware interfaces enable cross-platform collaboration. Open SDK supports device communication, data transfer and operational control, ideal for new surveying equipment (e.g.,embodied intelligence systems).
Raw data is fully accessible to software developers, allowing them to process the data using their own SLAM algorithms. The photos can be used for Mesh models, meeting the data processing needs across various industries.
Benefiting from the one-inch large-format camera and combined with image pose metadata technology, the photos are clear with uniform color. This makes them better suited for 3D Gaussian Splatting model generation.

The S20 is a handheld LiDAR scanner for documenting spaces: factories, plant rooms, buildings, ship interiors and sites. You walk it through the environment and get a colourised point cloud, with integrated RTK so the result is georeferenced. It is not a measuring instrument — the cloud is centimetre-accurate, which is right for as-built drawings, volume checks and digital twins, and wrong for anything with a tolerance on it. If your output needs proving, the tool is a metrology handheld or a bench system, not a SLAM scanner.
| Model | Best for | What sets it apart |
|---|---|---|
| SHARE SLAM S20 | Documentation you carry in one hand, indoors and out | 1079 g, dual 16 MP one-inch cameras with a mechanical shutter, 1 cm colourised point cloud, 200,000 points/s, up to 150 minutes per battery |
| SHARE SLAM S100 series | Larger sites that need survey-grade georeferencing | 16, 32 or 32 PRO channel versions up to 640,000 points/s, up to 300 m range on the PRO, RTK and PPK, up to three hours on dual batteries |
Around 1 cm — a colourised point cloud with roughly 1 cm thickness and relative accuracy within 1 cm. That is documentation grade. It is deliberately not an inspection instrument, and no dimensional tolerance should be placed on its output.
Spaces rather than parts: factory floors and plant, building interiors and facades, ship and vessel interiors, and construction sites. Anything you can walk through or around, indoors or outdoors.
No. The S20 carries an integrated RTK module for real-time positioning, and the dual fisheye cameras handle colourisation. Set up and go.
The quick-release battery gives up to 150 minutes of operation, with PD 30 W fast charging over USB-C.
SHARE Capture on the phone or tablet for scanning and preview, and SHARE Pointclouds Studio for processing and export.
