Compatible materials

The xTool P2S laser cutter and engraver is a highly versatile machine, capable of cutting a wide range of materials, including paper, wood, acrylic, leather, cardboard, MDF, felt, rubber, bamboo, fabric. It can engrave on glass, ceramic, jade, marble, shale, cement, brick, coated metal, anodized aluminum, and more.

Working area

With the working bed dimensions of 680 x 360 mm, the xTool P2 laser engraver features a working area of 600 x 308 mm (26 x 14 inches), suitable for processing large-sized materials as well as for batch production. The maximum object height of 64 mm can be extended up to 71 mm if you remove the tray. And the optional riser base allows engraving on objects with a maximum height of 215 mm.

Machine controls

The xTool P2S 55W CO2 laser cutter and engraver can be connected to a computer via Wi-Fi, USB, or Ethernet. Apart from this, the xTool P2S features intuitive controls and a number of automatic functions, such as autofocus adjustment, so even beginners can operate it with ease. There is a Start button on top of the device, and the Emergency stop switch is on the right-side panel.

Software

The xTool P2S CO2 laser cutter and engraver works with the proprietary xTool Creative Space software compatible with Windows and macOS. It supports multiple file formats including SVG, DXF, PNG, JPG, and BMP and provides all the necessary tools for image design and editing as well as material parameters and machine control settings.
