Product Details

The Bambu Lab H2C is uncompromising multi-material, multi-color 3D printing. Painting intricate models is a thing of the past — the H2C brings designs to life with six-color printing plus a versatile seventh nozzle for support or an additional color. For Bambu Lab H2C Malaysia users, it combines the Vortek hotend change system, industrial motion accuracy and AI monitoring in one enclosed machine.

Six Colors, a Seventh Nozzle, Minimal Waste

The H2C prints in full color with dramatically less purge waste. On comparable multi-color models, the H2C produces just 532 g of purge and prime tower waste where an H2D produces 3,032 g and an H2S produces 3,917 g — while finishing the same jobs far faster. A race car with racing stripes prints straight out: no painting, no wasted filament.

  • Purge & prime tower waste: 532 g (H2C) vs 3,032 g (H2D) vs 3,917 g (H2S) on the same model
  • Print time: 58% of H2S and 88% of H2D on that model — up to 47% of the time an X1C needs on others
  • Seven colors, one print, no paint — full-color models with no brushes, no glue, no fuss

Vortek Hotend Change System

Vortek is the heart of the H2C: a fully automatic filament and hotend change system with minimal purge waste. Its compact form factor holds more filaments than a conventional toolhead layout, while 8-second induction heating (based on Bambu PLA Basic printing temperature) gets each hotend ready almost instantly. A contactless design improves reliability, and because colors are no longer limited by how many toolheads the machine physically has, the H2C keeps delivering the most efficient combination for each job. The chamber stays enclosed for high-performance printing, with fully automatic nozzle offset calibration and dedicated hotends for specific filaments.

Multi-Material Parts in One Piece

Print durable TPU ball joints directly into robot models — flexible, long-lasting and built for endless motion. Because the H2C can run up to seven different materials in a single print run with no nozzle purging, you can combine multiple material properties in one seamless structure: PA6-GF for structural rigidity, TPU for impact absorption and PC FR for flame retardance, all in the same part. No assembly, no painting.

Superior Print Quality, Every Time

The PMSM servo extruder delivers up to 10 kg of maximum extrusion force — 70% more than a stepper motor — dramatically improving high-flow-rate extrusion stability. The proprietary servo architecture samples resistance and position at 20 kHz, actively detecting filament grinding and clogs in real time. Combined with the high-resolution eddy current sensors on the nozzle, the H2C precisely controls extrusion and automatically calibrates Pressure Advance (PA) parameters for each filament, resulting in smoother surfaces and cleaner, sharper edges.

With the optional Vision Encoder, the H2C achieves distance-independent motion accuracy under 50 µm — thinner than a human hair — automatically compensating for mechanical drift during calibration.

Engineering Materials Ready

All seven nozzles can reach a maximum temperature of 350 °C, so you can print the entire Bambu filament lineup with any nozzle you choose. The 65 °C actively heated chamber minimises warping and deformation while enhancing layer adhesion for high-performance, high-temperature filaments. A three-stage filtration system — G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA filter and coconut shell activated carbon — effectively minimises the odors and harmful particulates often released by engineering materials, with superior VOC filtration.

AI-Powered Simplicity — 59 Sensors, Quad-Camera Vision

The H2C is equipped with 59 sensors and a quad-camera computer vision system, all orchestrated by a proprietary neural algorithm. During printing it delivers intelligent, real-time diagnostics that detect even subtle print anomalies as they happen — you don’t have to be an expert to solve problems. An AI-backed nozzle camera with macro lens continuously tracks extrusion patterns, immediately detecting material accumulation, filament deviations and extrusion failures including spaghetti, nozzle clumping and air printing. Before each print the vision system runs a full pre-flight inspection, scanning the build surface for debris and confirming print start settings.

Safety, Checked

The H2C’s chamber is constructed entirely with flame-retardant UL94 V-0 grade material, providing robust passive fire safety protection across the entire enclosure. A multi-sensor closed-loop temperature control system constantly cross-references real-time data from multiple sensors across all heating components, ensuring stable, precise thermal management. For security-sensitive work, the H2C offers full offline functionality for complete physical isolation — operate the printer, send files and update firmware without an internet connection — while advanced users can enable Developer Mode for MQTT port access.

6-Color Printing + 7th Nozzle

Six colors plus a versatile seventh nozzle for support or an additional color — painting intricate models is a thing of the past. Print race cars with stripes, anime fighters in full color and multi-material assemblies straight from the plate.

Vortek Hotend Change System

Fully automatic filament and hotend changing with minimal purge waste. A compact layout holds more filaments, 8-second induction heating gets each hotend ready almost instantly, and a contactless design improves long-term reliability. Fully automatic nozzle offset calibration included.

Minimal Purge Waste

On the same multi-color model the H2C produces just 532 g of purge and prime tower waste — against 3,032 g on an H2D and 3,917 g on an H2S — while finishing faster. Less waste, less cost, more of your filament on the part.

PMSM Servo Extruder — 10 kg Force

Up to 10 kg of maximum extrusion force, 70% more than a stepper motor, for dramatically more stable high-flow extrusion. Servo sampling at 20 kHz detects filament grinding and clogs in real time, and PA parameters are calibrated automatically for every filament.

59 Sensors & Quad-Camera AI

A quad-camera vision system and 59 sensors orchestrated by a neural algorithm deliver real-time diagnostics for spaghetti, nozzle clumping and air printing. A pre-flight inspection scans the build surface for debris and verifies print start settings before every job.

350°C Nozzles, 65°C Chamber & Fire Safety

All seven nozzles reach 350 °C so the full Bambu filament lineup prints from any nozzle, with a 65 °C actively heated chamber and three-stage G3 + H12 HEPA + carbon filtration. The chamber is built entirely from flame-retardant UL94 V-0 material.
