The industrial benchmark for professional large-format FDM — a 620 × 620 × 620 mm heated build chamber, stable 600 mm/s motion and dual 420 °C extruders, on the platform that made the D600 Pro series the world's best-selling professional large-format 3D printer.
620 × 620 × 620 mm build volume with independent Quad-Z axis
Stable 600 mm/s printing and 90 mm³/s peak flow on optimised Klipper firmware
Dual 420 °C auto-raising extruders with nozzle shutters and backup mode
80 °C actively heated chamber with thermal-deformation compensation
Six Years, Thirty Improvements — a Proven Large-Format Platform
The D600 Pro series has been refined across six years of market use and roughly thirty detail upgrades.
The Pro3 HS adds deeply optimised Klipper motion, a high-flow hotend and the sensor suite of an industrial machine.
Industrial DNA, Production Platform
Deeply optimised Klipper firmware — a 90 mm³/s high-flow hotend with stable 600 mm/s motion
Five times faster than the standard D600 Pro, on the same market-proven architecture
250 kg all-steel construction — mass absorbs vibration instead of costing you surface finish
Heavy-duty linear rails and servo motors keep long gantry moves smooth and precise at full speed
620 × 620 × 620 mm Build Volume
One-piece printing of large housings, ducts, tooling and fixtures — no splitting, no bonding
Independent Quad-Z axis — four motors auto-level each corner for absolute gantry-to-plate parallelism
0.05 mm layers with a 0.4 mm nozzle standard and 0.3–1.0 mm options
Aviation-aluminium plate with a removable magnetic sheet and automatic eddy-current leveling
The First Layer Defines Print Quality
On a 620 mm platform, the first layer decides everything. The D600 Pro3 HS maps the entire bed automatically
with eddy-current sensing before every job — contact-free, zero wear, no feeler gauges.
0.001 mm probing accuracy — around 99% finer than traditional methods
Full-platform scan in about 60 seconds; leveling time cut by roughly 80%
Non-contact sensor with continuous scanning — nothing to adjust by hand
Pairs with HD-camera XY offset and dual photoelectric Z sensors for a fully automatic setup
A uniform first layer across the whole plate is what makes single-piece large-format parts reliable —
and what lets 600 mm/s actually pay off.
Eddy-current scanning the 620 mm plate before a print — hover to play.
Champion DNA — Professional High-Speed Printing
Stable 600 mm/s and 90 mm³/s through deeply optimised Klipper motion — the motion system was rebuilt, not just retuned.
From the official D600 Pro3 HS film — the magnetic plate releases a full-size print by hand, minutes from part to next job.
Full-Auto Dual-Nozzle Offset Calibration
An HD macro camera with AI visual recognition aligns XY to 0.02 mm; dual photoelectric sensors set Z to 0.005 mm — hands-off, every change.
Automatic Dual Nozzle Shutter + Backup Mode
A mechanical shutter seals the idle nozzle the instant it lifts. If the main spool runs out, printing continues on the second nozzle — uninterrupted.
Auto-Raising Dual Extruders, 420 °C
Heat to 400 °C in about two minutes with ±0.15 °C stability; hotends swap for 0.3–1.0 mm nozzles. Topologically optimised, lightweight printhead.
80 °C Active Heated Chamber
Double-layer insulation raises and holds the cavity at 80 °C for large ABS, ASA, PC and PA-CF parts — less warping, stronger layer bonding.
Built for 24/7 Production
The safeguards that let you leave a 620 mm build running — sensors, protection and recovery on every subsystem.
Independent Quad-Z Axis
Four independent motors with anti-tilt torque correction keep gantry and plate parallel — flatness is corrected continuously, not set once.
Servo Motors & Heavy Linear Rails
Large-format gantries flex; these rails and servo drives don't. Full speed stays precise across the whole plate.
Filament Dry Room · 0–70 °C
An integrated, timed drying compartment keeps nylon, PC and CF materials print-ready — fewer bubbles, less stringing, consistent strength.
Safety Door Lock
The interlocked door pauses the machine the moment it opens — safe for shared workshops, labs and production floors.
True External Air Cooling
A medical-grade pump drives constant, quiet airflow with printhead thermal protection — engineered for continuous operation.
Outage Restore & Filament Detection
Power loss saves the exact position and resumes on restart; run-out pauses and alerts; backup mode switches nozzles to finish the job.
Camera & Offline Control
Monitor long prints remotely over WiFi or LAN — or run fully offline from USB. Files, control and firmware updates, no internet needed.
Chamber Heat, Fully Compensated
A heated chamber is easy to add; keeping a 620 mm machine dimensionally stable at 80 °C is the hard part.
As the chamber warms, the frame and gantry expand too — metal growth, axis misalignment and micro-distortions
that stack up layer by layer.
CreatBot's answer is two patented technologies working together. The Intelligent Chamber Heating Algorithm
predicts irregular deformation caused by chamber temperature changes, while Z-Axis Magic Box applies
real-time thermal compensation to the frame and build plate. The result: flawless prints even when the machine itself has moved.
Machine weight matters. At 250 kg, the D600 Pro3 HS steel structure resists distortion far better
than light enclosures — and compensation handles the rest.
Temperature held to ±0.15 °C — while the chamber's thermal effect on the frame is compensated in real time.
Z-Axis Magic Box — real-time compensation for frame and build-plate expansion, followed from the printer or the CreatBot app.

Build plate
Aviation aluminium + removable magnetic sheet, automatic eddy-current leveling
The 620 × 620 × 620 mm build volume allows one-piece printing of automotive components, aerospace tooling fixtures and large prototypes — no splitting or bonding.
Can it print engineering materials like nylon and carbon fibre?
Yes. With the 80 °C active heated chamber and an integrated filament dry room, it reliably prints PA, PC, ABS-CF, PET-CF and other high-performance engineering materials while minimising warping and moisture absorption.
Does high-speed printing affect accuracy?
No. Up to 600 mm/s print speed combines with 0.001 mm-class eddy-current leveling compensation and topologically optimised motion to balance speed and accuracy — even on the full 620 mm plate.
What practical benefits does dual-extruder printing offer?
Soluble or breakaway support material for complex internal geometry, multi-material combinations and dual-colour marking — plus backup mode: if the main nozzle's filament runs out, the second nozzle takes over and printing continues.
Is continuous long-duration printing stable? Does it need supervision?
Yes. Power-loss recovery, filament run-out detection, nozzle-backup switching and remote camera monitoring work together to enable unattended, continuous long-run printing.
How does the D600 Pro3 HS handle chamber heat and warping?
Two patented systems work together: the Intelligent Chamber Heating Algorithm predicts and counteracts deformation from chamber temperature changes, and Z-Axis Magic Box applies real-time thermal compensation to the frame and build plate. The 250 kg steel structure further resists distortion.
Is it easy to operate for a typical engineer?
Yes. The 7-inch touchscreen, Klipper-based firmware, automatic mesh bed leveling and full-auto dual-nozzle calibration mean an experienced engineer is productive quickly, with minimal training.
How much does the CreatBot D600 Pro3 HS cost in Malaysia?
Price depends on the configuration: machine, nozzle set and accessories, plus delivery, installation and operator training. Request a quote and we will send a complete Malaysian quotation with lead time.
