The CreatBot D400 HS is a next-generation professional high-speed FDM 3D printer built on the identical platform as the world’s best-selling D600 Pro3 HS. For CreatBot D400 HS Malaysia users, it delivers industrial-grade performance in a desktop footprint: a 420 × 400 × 420 mm build volume, stable printing speeds of 600 mm/s, and a peak volumetric flow of 90 mm³/s — powered by deeply optimized Klipper firmware and an industrially proven structural architecture.

Dual Nozzle Shutter & Auto-Rising Extruders

The D400 HS features a next-generation smart auto-raising dual-extruder kit reaching hotend temperatures up to 420°C — heating to 400°C in about two minutes with ±0.15°C thermostat accuracy. The hotend is quickly interchangeable for nozzles from 0.3 to 1.0 mm. The upgraded Dual Nozzle Shutter system mechanically seals the idle extruder the moment it lifts, preventing oozing and cross-contamination between materials for flawless multi-material and multi-color prints. A topologically optimized lightweight design enables even higher printing speeds and greater motion agility.

420 × 400 × 420 mm Large Build Volume

70°C Active Heated Chamber

A double-layer insulation cotton layer raises the cavity temperature to 70°C, which is crucial for preventing shrinkage and deformation of large engineering materials:

  • Reduces thermal stress & warping — uneven cooling causes warping, delamination and cracking in ABS and similar materials
  • Improves interlayer bonding — a controlled chamber maintains optimal layer temperature for stronger molecular diffusion
  • Minimizes moisture impact — protects hygroscopic filaments like Nylon from bubbles and strength loss
  • Ensures process consistency — active temperature control guarantees reliable part-to-part repeatability

CreatBot’s patented Intelligent Chamber Heating Algorithm and Z-Axis Magic Box technology predict and counteract thermally induced frame deformation in real time, so prints stay flawless even as the machine expands.

True External Air Cooling

A medical-grade cooling pump delivers powerful, constant air pressure with minimal noise for 24/7 operation. Printer-head heat protection provides reliable thermal defense in high chamber temperatures, while true cross-flow model cooling directs fresh external air to solidify material instantly — preventing sagging and stringing for perfect overhangs and superior surface finish.

Eddy Current Bed Leveling & Precision Calibration

  • Eddy current bed leveling — 0.001 mm probing accuracy, non-contact and zero-wear, completing bed calibration in about 60 seconds
  • XY offset calibration — HD macro camera with AI visual recognition achieves 0.02 mm precision
  • Z offset calibration — dual photoelectric sensors for 0.005 mm accuracy

Continuous Operational Reliability

Outage restore: the printer automatically memorizes its current position and saves print data when power is interrupted, resuming from the exact point of interruption on restart. Filament detection: the printer pauses and alerts when filament runs out, letting you replace the spool and continue without losing progress. Backup mode: if filament in the main nozzle is exhausted, the printer automatically switches to the secondary nozzle to continue printing uninterrupted.

Ultra Air Filter System & Camera Control

A dual-filter HEPA + activated carbon system captures fine particles and absorbs VOCs and odors with up to 99.995% adsorption, keeping both operator and parts safe. Camera control technology lets you remotely manage print speed, pause and temperature from an app — ideal for large models and long prints. WiFi, LAN, internet and USB connection options provide full control, file transfer and firmware updates even without internet.

The D400 HS prints PLA, ABS, ASA, PP, PETG, PC, Nylon, TPU, ABS-CF, PC-CF, PET-CF, PET-GF, UltraPA-CF, PPS-CF and more. UltraPA-CF achieves roughly 80 MPa tensile strength and heat resistance up to 150°C — ideal for functional validation, end-use parts and molds. Compatible software includes CreatWare, Orca Slicer, Cura, Simplify3D and PrusaSlicer, with Gcode, STL, 3MF, OBJ, AMF, STP and STEP file support on Windows and macOS.

Outage Restore & Filament Detection

Power outage? The printer saves its position and print data and resumes from the exact point of interruption. Filament runs out? It pauses and alerts you — or switches automatically to the secondary nozzle in Backup Mode, keeping production uninterrupted.
