FORMOVA is MYYARD's light-industrial vacuum former: a large forming area with industrial-grade control, so a mould that used to take weeks and a minimum order can be a job you finish this afternoon.
Clamp a sheet in the pneumatic frame — auto sheet leveling takes out the sag before heating starts.
Four zones bring the sheet to temperature while the mold lifts up into it, with pre-stretch evening the wall thickness.
Positive air pressure releases the part, mold locking keeps the next run identical, and you trim and go again.
FORMOVA raises the mold into the heated sheet instead of pulling the sheet down over a stationary mold. The plastic stays evenly stretched on the way up, so gravity does not thin the middle — more uniform wall thickness and sharper detail, especially on large parts.
