Industrial-grade FDM printing on a desktop — the 420 × 400 × 420 mm build chamber, dual 420 °C extruders and 600 mm/s motion of the best-selling D600 Pro3 HS, in a machine that fits your workshop.
420 × 400 × 420 mm build volume — 365 × 400 × 420 mm in dual-material mode
600 mm/s stable print speed and 90 mm³/s peak flow on Klipper firmware
Dual auto-raising extruders with automatic nozzle shutters, up to 420 °C
70 °C actively heated chamber for PC, ABS, ASA and PA-CF
The D400 HS is developed on the identical platform as the world's best-selling D600 Pro3 HS —
the same structural architecture, Klipper motion system and high-flow hotend, sized for the desktop.
Industrial DNA, Desktop Footprint
Deeply optimised Klipper firmware with a high-flow hotend delivering 90 mm³/s peak volumetric flow
Stable 600 mm/s printing on a precisely tuned and reinforced motion system
All-steel 110 kg structure — mass absorbs vibration so speed does not cost you surface finish
Full sensor suite: HD camera XY offset, dual photoelectric Z sensing, eddy-current leveling, door and filament detection
420 × 400 × 420 mm Build Volume
Single-extrusion build volume 420 × 400 × 420 mm; 365 × 400 × 420 mm with both extruders in play
0.05 mm layer resolution with interchangeable 0.3–1.0 mm nozzles for speed or detail
Magnetic suction platform — removable coated steel sheet, heat-resistant past 100 °C, lifts off by hand
Large parts in one piece: prototypes, tooling, moulds and end-use parts straight off the plate
The First Layer Defines Print Quality
Large-format prints live or die on their first layer. The D400 HS uses automatic mesh bed leveling with
eddy-current sensing to map the entire platform before every job — contact-free, zero wear, no feeler gauges.
0.001 mm probing accuracy — roughly 99% finer than traditional methods
Full-platform continuous scan completed in about 60 seconds
Even, uniform adhesion across the whole plate, even on oversized models
Pairs with the HD-camera XY offset and dual photoelectric Z sensors for a fully automatic setup
A flat, consistent first layer is also what lets 600 mm/s speeds actually pay off — no failed adhesion, no re-slicing, no wasted spools.
Eddy-current scanning the plate before a print — hover to play.
Champion DNA — Professional High-Speed Printing
The mechanics behind a stable 600 mm/s — every subsystem tuned for uptime, not just a speed number.
600 mm/s and 90 mm³/s through deeply optimised Klipper motion — large prototypes and production parts in hours, not days.
Full-Auto XYZ Offset Calibration
An HD macro camera aligns XY to 0.02 mm and dual photoelectric sensors set Z to 0.005 mm — hands-off, every tool change.
Automatic Dual Nozzle Shutter
A mechanical shutter seals the idle nozzle the instant it lifts, stopping ooze and cross-contamination in multi-material prints.
Auto-Raising Dual Extruders, 420 °C
Heat to 400 °C in about two minutes with ±0.15 °C stability; hotends swap for 0.3–1.0 mm nozzles.
70 °C Active Heated Chamber
Double-layer insulation holds chamber heat for PC, ABS, ASA and PA-CF — less warping, stronger layer bonding.
Industrial Reliability on a Desktop
Sensors and systems that keep long prints running — the difference between a prototype machine and a production machine.
Dual Photoelectric Z Sensing
0.005 mm nozzle-height verification with multi-point positioning — Z stays right even after nozzle swaps.
Magnetic Suction Platform
The coated steel sheet pops off by hand and won't demagnetise — big parts release flat, fast.
True External Air Cooling
A medical-grade pump pushes constant air across the part with minimal noise — rated for 24/7 operation.
HEPA + Carbon Air Filter
A dual filter captures fine particles and VOCs at 99.995% adsorption — cleaner air for the operator and the workshop.
Outage Restore & Filament Detection
Power cuts save position and print data and resume on restart; filament run-out pauses; backup mode switches nozzles to finish the job.
Precision You Can See
Eddy-levelled first layers, a rigid steel frame and a lightweight printhead — the D400 HS holds detail at full speed.
Dimensional Accuracy
0.00375 mm XY positioning precision with a 60-second full-platform scan before every job.
Clean Detail at Speed
The topologically optimised lightweight printhead keeps corners and embossed detail crisp at 600 mm/s.
Large, Strong Parts
Engineering-grade filaments printed full-size on the 420 × 400 × 420 mm platform.
Multi-Material Ready
Two extruders with soluble or breakaway supports — complex geometry without compromise.

Materials
PLA, ABS, ASA, PP, PETG, PC, Nylon, TPU and CF/GF engineering grades — see the list above
Professional, large-format prototyping and production: functional prototypes, tooling, jigs & fixtures, moulds and end-use parts — especially when engineering-grade materials are required.
How much time does 600 mm/s printing actually save?
With a stable 600 mm/s and a 90 mm³/s peak flow, the D400 HS can deliver up to 5× faster output than conventional machines — large prototypes and production parts move from days to hours.
Can it print engineering materials like nylon and carbon fibre?
Yes. The 420 °C hotend, 120 °C bed and 70 °C heated chamber handle PA-CF, PA-GF, nylon, PC, ABS, ASA, PET-CF, PPS-CF and similar engineering filaments reliably.
Is it easy to operate for a typical engineer?
Yes. The 7-inch touchscreen, Klipper-based firmware, automatic mesh bed leveling and full-auto dual-nozzle calibration mean a standard engineer can be up and running quickly with minimal training.
Can high-speed printing still maintain high precision?
Yes. Optimised Klipper motion control, the lightweight printhead, real-time anti-tilt Z correction and 0.001 mm eddy-current leveling keep dimensional accuracy and surface finish excellent even at 600 mm/s.
What practical benefits does the dual-extruder system offer?
Multi-material and multi-colour prints, soluble or breakaway supports for complex geometry, and a backup mode that switches to the second nozzle if the first runs out of filament. The automatic nozzle shutter prevents oozing and cross-contamination.
What does the heated chamber do for engineering materials?
The 70 °C active chamber minimises thermal stress, warping and delamination in ABS, ASA, PA-CF, nylon and PC, and reduces moisture effects on hygroscopic filaments — stronger parts with repeatable results.
How much does the CreatBot D400 HS cost in Malaysia?
Price depends on the configuration: machine, nozzle set and any accessories, plus delivery, installation and operator training. Request a quote and we will send a complete Malaysian quotation.
Can I see the D400 HS running before I buy?
Yes. Bring a part file or sample to our Kuala Lumpur showroom and we will print it in front of you, or ask for an on-site demo at your premises. See the D600 Pro3 HS and D1000 Pro HS while you are there.
