DeskFab X1 — Small SLM All-in-One Desktop Dental Metal 3D Printer (Malaysia)

Bring metal additive manufacturing in-house with a compact, all-in-one LPBF/SLM system designed for dental labs and clinics in Malaysia. The DeskFab X1 delivers a practical 0.39 m² footprint with plug-and-play setup and a simplified one-click workflow, so your team can move from design to printed parts fast.

  • Dental-size build: Ø100 × 80 mm (with baseplate) — perfect for crowns, bridges, partial frameworks and small fixtures. Printing accuracy ±50 µm and spot size 50–80 µm help you hit fit tolerances reliably.

  • Industrial laser & speed: Single 300 W CW fiber laser, scan speed up to 7 m/s, and layer thickness 20–150 µm to balance surface quality and throughput.

  • Open-material ecosystem: Run third-party powders — validated for CoCr and Titanium, with options for stainless steel, copper and aluminium to broaden applications and manage cost. Material parameters included and customisable.

  • Clean, low-maintenance operation: Permanent filtration rated ≥30,000 hours, water-cooled system, and inert N₂/Ar protection for stable builds in Malaysia’s humid climate.
