E-Plus EP-M260 Metal 3D printer in Malaysia

The E-Plus 3D EP-M260 represents an industrial-grade SLM 3D printer meticulously engineered to streamline the production of top-notch metal components, catering to industries such as aerospace, automotive, engineering, and more. This advanced machine is furnished with either a single or dual 500W / 1000W fiber laser, delivering consistent and exceptionally efficient metal printing capabilities across a diverse range of metal and metal alloy powders.

To ensure consistent material properties across the entire build volume and effective management of smoke and splatter, the machine employs an optimized gas flow system and filtration setup. With a maximum build rate of 35 cm³/h, this rate can be increased to 55 cm³/h when equipped with a dual laser system, enhancing efficiency.

For reliable and secure operation, the build chamber is hermetically sealed, maintaining oxygen levels below 100 ppm during printing, with real-time monitoring capabilities. The printer boasts a scanning speed of up to 8 m/s and an efficient recoating strategy, ensuring swift and time-effective operations. Furthermore, its modular design enables filter changes without the need to halt the printing process, significantly minimizing potential downtime.
